Blusites

Privacy policy

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and makes no requests to third-party servers. The only personal data involved is what you send us yourself, by email.

Who is responsible

Blusites is operated as a sole trader based in Cyprus. For the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, Blusites is the data controller for any personal data described here.

What we collect

When you email us, we receive whatever you put in that email — typically your name, your email address, and details about your business or project.

We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, session recording, heatmaps or any other tracking. There is no contact form on this site; every contact link opens your own email client.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which normally include IP addresses, timestamps and requested URLs. These are generated automatically by the infrastructure, kept briefly for security and diagnostics, and are not used by us to profile anyone.

Why we can process it

For emails you send us: to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and to perform that contract if we work together (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

For server logs: our legitimate interest in keeping the site available and secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How long we keep it

Project correspondence is kept for as long as we are working together and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can answer questions about work we have done.

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted once it is clear they are not going ahead.

Server logs are retained according to our hosting provider's standard retention period.

Who else sees it

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for marketing.

Two categories of provider necessarily handle it on our behalf: our email provider, and the company hosting this website. Both act as processors under contract.

If a provider stores data outside the European Economic Area, that transfer relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

Cookies and fonts

This site sets no cookies of any kind, and stores nothing in local or session storage.

All fonts are self-hosted and served from this domain. The site makes no requests to Google Fonts or any other third-party host, so your IP address is not disclosed to them by visiting.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to:

  • confirm what personal data we hold about you, and give you a copy
  • correct anything inaccurate or incomplete
  • delete it, where there is no overriding reason to keep it
  • restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it
  • provide it in a portable, machine-readable format

Email forums@blusites.io and we will respond within one month.

If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus, or to the supervisory authority where you live.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date above. If the change is significant — for example if we ever introduce analytics — we will say so clearly on the page.
